Homemade Cheesy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
100 grams of butter
100 grams of mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons powdered formaggio cheese (optional)
½ cup cooking cream
Coarsely blend black pepper
Salt
Water to be use in double boiling
Methods
- Boil water in a pan and place the sauce pan on top (double boiler cooking)
- Once sauce pan hot, add butter and let it melt.
- After that put mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the cooking cream to dilute the mixture.
- Put coarsely blend black pepper, mayonnaise, powdered cheese and salt to taste.
- Once all the ingredients well mixed, scoped it and can be eaten with fries or wedges as dipping sauce.
Bahan-bahan
100 gram mentega
100 gram keju mozzarella
3 sudu mayonnaise
2 sudu besar serbuk keju formaggio (optional)
½ cawan cooking cream
Kisaran kasar lada hitam
Garam
Air untuk ‘double boiling’
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan air dalam kuali dan letakkan periuk untuk mengacau sos (double boiler)
- Masukkan mentega dan biarkan sehingga cair.
- Setelah itu masukkan keju mozzarella dan kacau sehingga cair.
- Tambahkan cooking cream bagi mencairkan campuran.
- Masukkan serbuk kasar lada hitam, mayonnaise, serbuk keju dan garam secukup rasa.
- Setelah semua bahan sebati, boleh dimakan bersama kentang goreng atau wedges sebagai pencicah.
