Ingredients
500 gm yellow noodles (use dried bun noodles)
200 gm prawns
200 grams of squid (cut)
2 large cloves garlic (1 clove blended, 1 clove cut round)
2 cloves garlic, blended
Blended ginger 1 cm
3 tbsp chilli paste
5 tablespoons creamy soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
100 gm cauliflower
1 tomato cut into eight
2-inch carrot (finely sliced 1 inch and 1 inch cut to garnish)
1 stick of red chillies cut lengthwise
1 stick of green chillies cut lengthwise
Chinese cabbage leaves
Salt
Sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Methods
- Boil noodles and drain
- Heat a pan and add olive oil.
- Saute ground ingredients until fragrant. Then add squid and shrimp.
- After a quite smooth and crisp, add creamy soy sauce and water. Add cauliflower and carrots.
- Leave to boil and add salt and sugar to taste.
- Pour in the mix cornflour and water, leave for a while.
- Add green cabbage stir-fry until slightly wilted, turn off the heat.
- Prepare the noodles on the plate, add gravy that was completed and ready to eat.
Mee Hailam
Bahan-bahan
500 gm mee kuning (digunakan mee kering sanggul)
200 gm udang
200 gm sotong (dipotong)
2 ulas bawang besar (1 ulas dikisar, 1 ulas dipotong bulat)
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
1 cm halia dikisar
3 sudu cili kisar
5 sudu kicap lemak
1/4 sudu lada hitam
1/4 sudu lada putih
100 gm bunga kobis
1 biji tomato dibelah lapan
2 inci lobak merah (1 inci dimayang halus dan 1 inci dipotong untuk hiasan)
1 batang cili merah dipotong memanjang
1 batang cili hijau dipotong memanjang
Daun sawi
Garam
Gula
2 sudu teh tepung jagung
Air
Minyak zaiton
Langkah-langkah
- Celur mee dan toskan
- Panaskan periuk dan masukkan minyak zaiton.
- Tumiskan bahan dikisar sehingga naik bau. Setelah itu masukkan sotong dan udang.
- Setelah agak sebati dan garing, masukkan kicap lemak dan air. Masukkan bunga kobis dan lobak merah.
- Biarkan sehingga mendidih dan masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
- Masukkan campuran tepung jagung dan air, biarkan seketika.
- Masukkan daun sawi kacau sehingga sedikit layu, matikan api.
- Sediakan mee dalam pinggan, curahkan kuah yang telah siap dan sedia untuk dimakan.
