Peach Cake


For cake
250 gm butter
1 ½ cup castor sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
½ cup roasted chopped walnuts
¾ evaporated milk or fresh milk
8 slices of canned peaches (cut into cubes)
1 tsp essence vanilla

For topping

8 slices peaches
1 cup castor sugar
75gm of whip cream
2 tbsp cornflour add with ¼ cup of water


For cake
  1. Preheat oven temp. 180 deg. celsius.
  2. Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy
  3. Add egg one at a time & put in essence vanilla
  4. Add milk alternately with flour 
  5. Add walnut
  6. Grease baking tin & bake for 40 minutes.
For topping
  1. Boil whip cream in saucepan under slow fire 
  2. Add in sugar, cornflour and peaches. Stir until thickened.
