Fruit Cocktail Pudding

Ingredients

packet agar-agar strips (20 gm)
2
eggs
4 ½ cups liquid (cocktail syrup + water)
½ can
evaporated milk (about 200ml)
¾ cups
sugar
3
tablespoons custard powder
1 can
fruit cocktail
1
teaspoon vanilla essence
Whole

Method
1. Put the fruit
cock tail through a strainer. Keep the syrup to boil the agar-agar.
2.
Boil the agar-agar strips with 4 ½ cups of water plus the
syrup. Boil till all the agar-agar
strips dissolves.
3. Meanwhile, beat
eggs, vanilla essence and add in custard powder. Set aside.
4. Pour the
agar-agar through the strainer and add in the evaporated milk. Put back on the
stove and let it boil.
5. Reduce the heat
and add in the eggs mixture a little at the time and continue stirring.
6. Add in the fruit
cocktails. Stir for a few minutes and
remove from heat.
7.
Pour into the prepared mould. Leave to cool and then chill in the
refrigerator.
Puding Koktel Buah-buahan

Bahan-bahan
1 paket jalur agar-agar (20 gm)
2 biji telur
4 ½ cawan cecair (sirap koktel + air)
½ tin susu isian sejat (kira-kira 200ml)
¾ cawan gula
3 sudu besar tepung kastad
1 tin buah-buahan cocktail
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Ceri untuk hiasan
Langkah-langkah
1.
Tapis koktel buah-buahan, asingkan sirap dan
ketepikan untuk mencairkan agar-agar.
2.
Rebus jalur agar-agar dengan 4 ½ cawan air dicampur
sirap. Rebus sehingga semua jalur
agar-agar larut.
3.
Sementara itu, pukul telur, esen vanila dan
masukkan tepung kastard. Diketepikan.
4.
Tuang agar-agar melalui tapisan dan masukkan
susu isian sejat. Panaskan semula campuran dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
5.
Kecilkan api dan masukkan campuran telur sedikit
demi sedikit dan terus mengacau.
6.
Masukkan koktel buah-buahan. Kacau selama beberapa minit dan ketepikan dari
api.
7.
Tuangkan ke dalam acuan yang disediakan. Biarkan sejuk dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk
sehingga beku.
