SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE TULANG \ BEEF BONES SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE









Beef Bones Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

500 grams of spaghetti
A pinch of cheese powder
1 kg of boiled bones (tossed bone and keep the broth)



Sliced Ingredients

1 onion - chopped (chunky)
2 cloves garlic – finely chopped
½ inch ginger - finely chopped
2 sprigs oregano - finely chopped
2 sprigs marjoram leaves - finely chopped
5 mint leaves - finely chopped
1 can button mushrooms (sliced ​​- chunky)
2 stalks cut chicken sausage

Ingredients for sauce

5 cups homemade pasta sauce
Olive oil
500 grams minced meat (beef/chicken)

Methods

  1. Heat a pan, add the olive oil.
  2. Sautee chopped onion, once scented add ginger and garlic.
  3. Once wilted and fragrant, add minced meat, sausage and button mushrooms.
  4. Once the ground meat cooked, add homemade tomato sauce, bone broth and the bones that have been boiled. Sprinkle with mint leaves, oregano and marjoram into the sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Boil spaghetti in water and add little oil. Once cook, drained and passed gently with cold water to stop from further cooking.
  7. Serve on plates, spoon the sauce and garnish with a mint leaf and sprinkle with cheese powder.
Spaghetti Bolognese Tulang

Bahan-bahan

500 gm Spaghetti
Sedikit serbuk keju.
1 kg tulang direbus sehingga empuk (tos tulang dan ketepikan air rebusan)

Bahan dihiris

1 ulas bawang besar – dicincang (chunky)
2 ulas bawang putih – dicincang halus
½ inci halia – dicincang halus
2 tangkai daun oregano (dicincang halus)
2 tangkai daun marjoram (dicincang halus)
5 helai daun pudina (dicincang halus)
1 tin cendawan butang (dihiris – chunky)
2 batang sosej ayam dipotong

Bahan sos

5 cawan sos pasta buatan sendiri
Minyak zaiton
500 gm daging cincang (daging lembu/ayam)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak zaiton.
  2. Masukkan bawang besar yang dicincang, setelah wangi masukkan halia dan bawang putih.
  3. Setelah layu dan wangi, masukkan daging cincang, sosej dan cendawan butang.
  4. Setelah daging cincang masak, masukkan sos tomato, air rebusan tulang dan tulang yang telah direbus. Taburkan daun pudina, oregano dan marjoram ke dalam sos.
  5. Biarkan mendidih.
  6. Rebus spaghetti dalam air dan sedikit minyak. Setelah lembut toskan dan dilalukan dengan air sejuk untuk berhentikan dari terus masak.
  7. Hidang dalam pinggan, sendukkan sos dan hiaskan dengan daun pudina serta taburkan serbuk keju.
