LASAGNA TORTILLA / TORTILLA LASAGNA













Tortilla Lasagna

Ingredients

4 -6 sheets tortilla (the number depends on the casserole)
3 cups homemade pasta sauce
6 – 9 slices cheddar cheese
250 grams of mozzarella cheese
100 grams of peeled grated parmesan cheese
½ cup evaporated milk
Basil leaves
Pitted black olive - slice
Olive oil

Methods

  1. Rub olive oil on the baking casserole.
  2. Preheat oven at 240 degrees Celsius.
  3. Arrange the rolled tortilla sheets in the casserole covers the base.
  4. Pour evaporated milk over tortilla sheets and poured pasta sauce over the surface.
  5. Arrange another layer of tortilla sheets to cover the surface and poured milk over tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to covered surface.
  7. Coat tortilla sheets with evaporated milk. Pour pasta sauce.  Repeat step 5 if needed.
  8. Arrange cheddar cheese to cover the surface.
  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, pitted olive and basil leaves.
  10. Wrap with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Unwrap and bake it for 20 -30 minutes more or until cheese becomes golden brown.
  12. Slice it and serve.
Lasagna Tortilla

Bahan-bahan


4 – 6 keping tortilla (bilanganbergantungkepadabekaspembakar)
3 cawan sos pasta buatan sendiri
6 – 9 keping keju cheddar
250 gram keju mozzarella
100 gram keju parmesan disagat
½ cawan susu isian sejat
Daun selasih
Buah zaiton tanpa biji - dipotong
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah

  1. Sapukan minyak zaiton pada bekas pembakar.
  2. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 240 darjah Celsius.
  3. Susun kepingan tortilla di dalam bekas pembakar menutupi bahagian dasarnya.
  4. Tuangkan susu isian sejat keatas roti dan dituangkan sos pasta keseluruhan permukaan.
  5. Susun lagi kepingan tortilla menutupi permukaan dan dituangkan susu.
  6. Taburkan keju parmesan menutupi permukaan.
  7. Lapiskan kepingan tortilla dan dituang susu isian sejat. Tuangkan sos pasta.  Ulang langkah 5 jika diperlukan.
  8. Susun kepingan keju cheddar menutupi keseluruhan permukaan.
  9. Taburkan keju mozzarella, keju parmesan, buah zaiton hitam dan daun selasih.
  10. Bungkus bekas dengan kepingan aluminium dan bakar selama 15 minit.
  11. Buka kepingan aluminium dan bakar semula selama 20 -30 minit atau sehingga permukaan keju menjadi kuning keemasan.
  12. Potong dan hidangkan.
