KENTANG BERLADO / FRIED POTATOES IN HOT SAUCE



Fried Potatoes in Hot Sauce

Ingredients

2 potatoes wedges cut
1 tablespoon homemade multi-usage paste
Salt
Sugar
Dried tamarind

Pounded Ingredients

5 stem red chillies
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
100 grams of anchovies

Methods

  1. Fry potatoes until wilted. Put aside.
  2. Sauté multi-usage paste.
  3. Sauté pounded ingredients and dried tamarind until fragrant.
  4. Pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Put fried potatoes into the sauce and mixed it well.
  6. Ready to be serve.
Kentang Berlado

Bahan-bahan

2 biji kentang dipotong wedges
1 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
Garam
Gula
Asam keping

Bahan ditumbuk

5 batang cili merah
1 ulas bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
100 gram ikan bilis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kentang digoreng sehingga layu. Ketepikan
  2. Tumiskan pes pelbagai guna.
  3. Tumiskan bahan tumbuk dan asam keping sehingga naik bau.
  4. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
  5. Masukkan kentang yang telah digoreng ke dalam sos dan gaul rata.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang.
