STEW DAGING SAYURAN / VEGETABLE BEEF STEW







Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients

½ kg beef cut into cubes
1 carrot cut into cubes
1 large sweet potato cut into cubes
Holland onion, cut into wedges
1 can tomato soup
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 tablespoon homemade garlic paste
2 tablespoons homemade blended chili paste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon of mixed herbs
1 bay leaf
Mint leaves
Sweet basil leaves
Butter
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Fry meat with little butter until soft .
  2. Sauté homemade ginger-garlic paste, homemade blended chilli paste, bay leaves , mixed herbs and nutmeg powder, stir well.
  3. Put tomato soup, tomato paste and chopped tomatoes , bring to a boil .
  4. Once boiling add the cubes cut vegetables, let it soft .
  5. Add the wedges cut onion and sweet ​​basil leaves .
  6. Add salt and sugar to taste, and let it boil.
  7. Ready to be served with baguette spread with garlic-butter and roasted briefly.
Stew Daging Sayuran

Bahan-bahan

½ kg daging dipotong kiub
1 batang lobak merah dipotong kiub
1 biji keledek dipotong kiub
1 bawang Holland dipotong wedges
1 tin sup tomato
1 tin tomato cincang
1 tin kecil pes tomato
1 sudu pes halia bawang putih
2 sudu pes cili kisar
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu teh serbuk biji pala
½ sudu teh herba campuran
1 helai daun bay
Daun pudina
Daun selasih manis
Mentega
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Daging digoreng dengan sedikit mentega sehingga lembut.
  2. Masukkkan pes halia bawang putih, pes cili kisar, daun bay, herba campuran dan serbuk biji pala, kacau sebati.
  3. Masukkan sup tomato dan tomato cincang, biarkan mendidih.
  4. Setelah mendidih masukkan sayuran yang dipotong kiub, biarkan sehingga empuk.
  5. Masukkan bawang yang dipotong wedges dan daun selasih.
  6. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula, dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
  7. Siap untuk dihidang bersama baguette disapu mentega bawang putih dan dibakar seketika.
