MACARONI DAN KEJU PEDAS BAKAR / SAVORY BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

Ingredients
500 grams of macaroni (boiled accordance with the directions on the package)

Ingredients for béchamel sauce

1 liter of fresh milk
200 grams of butter
200 grams all-purpose flour / wheat
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
4 slices of cheddar cheese

Ingredients for savory macaroni

250 grams of minced chicken meat
1 onion
3 garlic
1 stem red chilli
1 stem green chillies
5 stem bird’s eye chillies
300 grams (1 tin) pasta sauce
3 tablespoons homemade blended chilli paste
Olive oil

Methods

  1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Boil macaroni according to directions on package.
  3. Sauté onion, garlic, red chilli, green chilli, bird’s chilli and blended chilli paste until fragrant.
  4. Add minced chicken and stir until well blended.
  5. Pour pasta sauce and mix well.
  6. Add boiled macaroni and mix it well, set aside.
  7. Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting the butter and add flour.
  8. Stir until the mixture well mix, pour fresh milk, stirring until the mixture becomes smooth.
  9. Put mozzarella cheese and continue to stir. Put spicy macaroni and mix until all combined.
  10. Put it in a container, arranged cheddar cheese and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Cut and ready to be served.
Macaroni dan Keju Pedas Bakar

Bahan-bahan
500 gram macaroni (direbus mengikut arahan pada bungkusan)

Bahan untuk sos béchamel
1 liter susu segar
200 gram mentega
200 gram tepung serbaguna/gandum
200 gram keju mozzarella
4 keping keju cheddar


Bahan untuk macaroni pedas
250 gram daging ayam dikisar
1 bawang besar
3 bawang putih
1 batang cili merah
1 batang cili hijau
5 batang cili padi
300 gram (1 tin) sos pasta
3 sudu pes cili kisar buatan sendiri
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170 darjah Celsius. 
  2. Rebus macaroni mengikut arahan pada bungkusan.
  3. Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, cili merah, cili hijau, cili padi dan pes cili kisar sehingga naik bau.
  4. Masukkan daging ayam kisar dan kacau sehingga masak.
  5. Masukkan sos pasta dan gaul rata.
  6. Masukkan macaroni dan digaul rata, ketepikan.
  7. Sediakan sos béchamel dengan mencairkan mentega dan dimasukkan tepung.
  8. Kacau sehingga campuran menjadi bergentel, masukkan susu segar kacau sehingga campuran menjadi sekata.
  9. Masukkan keju mozzarella dan terus mengacau. Setelah semua telah sebati masukkan macaroni yang diketepikan dan gaul sehingga semua sebati.
  10. Masukkan ke dalam bekas, susun keju cheddar dan bakar dalam ketuhar selama 15 – 20 minit atau sehingga kuning keemasan.
  11. Potong dan siap untuk dihidang.

    1. Waalaikumsalam imm hassan, the problem solved. The problem will occurred if you typed in MS Word then you copy to blog. To overcome this problem you have to change the format from MS Word to blog format. Can you email me your email address, I will send you where to click to change thr format.
