SOSEJ CONEY BERKEJU / CHEESY CONEY SAUSAGE







Coney sausage

Ingredients

6 hot dog bun
6 sticks of sausage (any flavor)
Butter
3 slices of cheddar cheese (cut half)
Salad
Sauces
Mayonnaise

Ingredients for the filling

450 grams of minced chicken meat

1 tablespoon homemade blended chili paste
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 table spoon curry powder
Oil for frying
Salt
Sugar

Methods

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Put blended chili paste.
  2. Add minced chicken, stirring until cooked.
  3. Add curry powder and mix well.
  4. Put tomato sauce and let it cook.
  5. Bun halved, brushed with butter and toast.
  6. Put cheese, filling and sausage into toasted bun, garnished with salad, sauces and mayonnaise. 
  7. Served it while hot. 

Sosej Coney 

Bahan-bahan

6 bun hot dog
6 batang sosej (sebarang perisa)
Mentega
3 keping keju cheddar (dipotong dua)
Salad
Sos-sos 
Mayonise

Bahan untuk inti

450 grams daging ayam dikisar

1 sudu pes cili kisar
2 sudu sos tomato
1 ulas bawang besar dimayang
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
1 sudu besar serbuk kari
Minyak untuk menumis
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau. Masukkan pes cili kisar.
  2. Masukkan daging ayam yang dikisar, kacau sehingga masak.
  3. Masukkan rempah kari dan gaul rata. 
  4. Masukkan sos tomato dan dibiar sehingga masak.
  5. Bun dibelah dua, disapu mentega dan dibakar.
  6. Roti yang dibakar diletakkan keju, inti dan sosej, hiaskan dengan salad, sos dan mayonise.
  7. Siap untuk dihidang semasa masih panas.
