JEMPUT-JEMPUT PISANG BERKEJU / CHEESY FRIED BANANA FRITTERS

Semua bahan dicampur / Mixing the ingredients
Bahan yang siap digaul / Ready to fry mixture
Membentuk adunan / Shaping the mixture
Siap untuk dimakan / Ready to eat fritters
Cheesy Fried Banana Fritters

Ingredients

7-10 ripe bananas, mashed
3 cups of flour / multipurpose
1 cup peeled grated mozzarella cheese
Salt
Sugar
Water
Cooking oil for frying

Methods

1.    Mix all ingredients (except cooking oil) to get the right concentration.
2.    Heat the oil in a pan. Scoop the mixture using hand and shape it into a ball and put into the pan. (Can also use two spoons, rolled into round and fried)
3.    Fry it until becomes yellowish brown in color.
4.    Suitable eat it with hot coffee.

Jemput-jemput Pisang Berkeju

Bahan-bahan

7-10 pisang emas ranum, dilenyek
3 cawan tepung gandum/serbaguna
1 cawan keju mozzarella yang disagat
Garam
Gula
Air
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah

1.    Semua bahan-bahan dicampur (kecuali minyak masak) sehingga mendapat kepekatan yang sesuai.
2.    Panaskan minyak dalam kuali.  Bancuhan dijemput menggunakan tangan menjadi bebola dan masukan kedalam kuali. (Boleh juga menggunakan dua sudu, digolek menjadi bulat dan digoreng)
3.    Goreng sehingga menjadi perang kekuningan.
4.    Sesuai dimakan bersama kopi panas.
