Winged
Bean and Basil Leaves Salad
Ingredients
10 stalks winged bean – thinly cut
5 stalks basil leaves - coarsely chopped
3 sprigs of mint – coarsely chopped
2 stalks lemon grass - thinly cut
5 bird’s eye chilli finely shredded
1 red chilli finely sliced
1 seeds grated coconut dry fried
3 tablespoon turmeric powder
5 shallots thinly sliced
2 inches ginger flower finely shredded
50 grams of dried shrimp, fried
without oil and coarsely ground
2 pieces tofu cut into cubes and fried
1 piece tempe cut thin and fried
200 grams of meat cut thin and fried
Salt
Sugar
½ lemon squeezed for juice
Methods
1.
Dry fried coconut
and turmeric powder together. Set aside once blended.
2.
Put all the
ingredients that have been cut and fried in a container.
3.
Squeeze the
lemon juice, add the sugar and salt.
4.
Mix together
the fried coconut and turmeric with salad mixture.
5.
Ready to be
serve.

batang kacang botol – dipotong nipis

tangkai daun selasih – dicincang kasar

tangkai daun pudina – dicincang kasar

batang serai – dipotong nipis

biji cili padi dimayang halus

biji cili merah dimayang halus

biji isi kelapa parut digoreng kering

sudu serbuk kunyit

biji bawang merah dipotong nipis

inci bunga kantan dimayang halus

lemon diperah jus

gram udang kering digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk kasar

keping tahu dipotong kiub dan digoreng

keping tempe dipotong nipis dan digoreng

gram daging dipotong nipis dan digoreng

Langkah-langkah
1. Kelapa
digoreng tanpa minyak bersama serbuk kunyit.
Ketepikan.
2. Masukkan semua
bahan yang telah dipotong dan digoreng ke dalam satu bekas.
3. Perahkan jus
limau, masukkan gula dan garam.
4. Gaulkan
bersama kelapa yang digoreng.
5. Siap untuk
dihidang.
