Corn rice
Ingredients
½ kg of bathmathi rice soaked
for ½ hour
Kernel corn 1 can (400 g)
1 onion sliced
3 cloves of garlic sliced
Sautee spices (cinnamon, star
anise, cloves and cardamom)
5 cups beef / chicken broth
1 cup evaporated milk
Pandan leaves
1 sprig of thyme
1 piece bay leaf
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Measures
1.
Prepared meat broth ½ kg beef stew results.
2.
Sauté onion, garlic, corn, spice mixture, pandan leaf,
thyme and bay leaf.
3.
Pour the
broth and let it boil.
4.
After boiled,
add milk and left it for a while.
5.
Add rice and stir until
the swell, cover the pot and let it cook.
6.
Ready to eat
with chicken served with sauce and chicken korma.
Nasi Jagung
Bahan-bahan

kg beras bathmathi direndam selama ½ jam

tin jagung kernel (400 gm)
1
bawang besar dimayang
3
ulas bawang putih dimayang
Rempah
tumisan (kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, cengkih dan buah pelaga)
5
cawan air rebusan daging/ayam
1
cawan susu cair
Daun
pandan
1
tangkai thyme
1
helai daun salam
Garam
Gula
Minyak
zaiton
Langkah-langkah
1. Air rebusan
daging disediakan hasil rebusan ½ kg daging.
2. Tumiskan
bawang besar, bawang putih, jagung, rempah tumisan, daun pandan, thyme dan daun
salam.
3. Setelah berbau
wangi masukkan air rebusan daging, dan biarkan sehingga mnendidih.
4. Setelah
mendidih masukkan susu cair dan biarkan seketika.
5. Masukkan beras
dan kacau sehingga mengembang, tutup periuk dan biarkan sehingga masak.
6. Siap untuk
dihidang bersama ayam masak merah dan korma ayam.
