TELOR DADAR GULUNG / ROLLED OMELETTE (TAMAGOYAKI)



Rolled Omelette (Tamagoyaki)
Ingredients 

4 fresh eggs
1 onion - minced
1 red chilli - minced
1 inch carrot - minced
Coarsely pound black pepper
Coriander leaves - minced
½ cup fresh milk / evaporated
Salt
Frying oil

Methods

  1. Break the eggs in a container. Add salt and milk. 
  2. Beat well. Add the minced ingredients and stirred evenly. 
  3. Add black pepper. 
  4. Heat a pan and add some oil. 
  5. Scoop the mixture and pour into the pan and cover the entire surface of the pan. 
  6. Once cooked, roll half and pour the mixture in the pan empty area. 
  7. Once cooked, roll half and continue cooking until the mixture finished.
Telor Dadar Gulung (Tamagoyaki)

Bahan-bahan

4 biji telur segar
1 bawang besar - dimayang
1 cili merah - dimayang
1 inci lobak merah - dimayang
Serbuk lada hitam ditumbuk kasar
Daun sup - dimayang
½ cawan susu segar/cair
Garam
Minyak

Langkah-langkah

  1. Pecahkan telur di dalam bekas. Masukkan garam dan susu. 
  2. Pukul rata. Masukkan bahan yang dimayang dan dikacau rata.
  3. Masukkan lada hitam.
  4. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan sedikit minyak.
  5. Sendukkan campuran dan tuangkan ke dalam kuali dan biarkan meliputi seluruh permukaan kuali.
  6. Setelah agak masak, gulungkan separuh dan tuangkan lagi campuran pada bahagian kosong kuali.
  7. Setelah agak masak gulungkan separuh dan teruskan sehingga campuran habis.
  8. Setelah siap, potong gulungan dan hidang.
