BUAH MELAKA / SWEET POTATOES SNOWBALL

 Keledek lenyek, tepung pulut, gula melaka, perahan pandan / Mashed sweet potato, glutinous rice flour, palm sugar, pandan extract
 Gaul kentang, tepung pulut dan perahan pandan / Mix mashed sweet potato, glutinous rice flour and pandan extract
Kelapa parut dikukus / Steamed grated coconut
 
Isi gula melaka dan bentuk bebola / Filled with palm sugar and make ball shape
Masukkan ke dalam air mendidih dan biarkan timbul / Put into boiled water and let it float
 Gaul bebola dengan kelapa kukus / Rolled the ball into steamed coconut



Sweet Potato Snowball

Ingredients

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes - from ½ kg boiled potatoes
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 stick of palm sugar - cut into small sizes
8 pandan leaves blended with a little water
Grated coconut use white part only and steamed
Salt

Methods

  1. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, glutinous rice flour and pandan extraction until uniform.
  2. Pinch dough and fill it with palm sugar and shape into balls.
  3. Boil water and add a ball and let it arise.
  4. Pick up the ball and stir in coconut.
  5. Serve with coffee or tea.
Buah Melaka

Bahan-bahan

2 cawan lenyekan keledek – hasil dari rebusan ½ kg keledek
1 cawan tepung pulut
1 batang gula Melaka – dipotong menjadi saiz kecil
8 helai daun pandan dikisar dengan sedikit air
Isi kelapa parut bahagian putih sahaja dan dikukus sebentar
Garam

Langkah-langkah

  1. Gaulkan lenyekan keledek, tepung pulut dan perahan pandan sehingga sekata.
  2. Cubitkan doh dan isikan dengan cebisan gula Melaka dan bentukkan menjadi bebola.
  3. Didihkan air dan masukkan bebola dan biarkan timbul.
  4. Angkat bebola dan gaulkan dalam isi kelapa.
  5. Hidangkan bersama kopi atau teh.
