DAGING GORENG BERLADA / FRIED MEAT WITH CHILIES



Fried Meat with Chilies

Ingredients

200 gram of meat cut into 1 inch cube
5 long beans diagonally cut
2 onions (1 pounded with chili, 1 sliced)
1 potatoes sliced round 
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 stalks red chilies coarsely ground with onion
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar
Creamy sweet soy sauce
Water

Methods

1.    Heat the olive oil and fry the meat until quite crisp. Set aside.
2.    Used frying oil to sauté sliced ​​onions, ginger-garlic paste and multi-usage paste.
3.    Once fragrant, then sauté coarsely pounded onion chili until crisp.
4.    Put diagonally cut long beans, sliced potatoes and meat once the mixture well mix.
5.    Season it with salt and sugar. Sprinkle with soy sauce, a little water and mix well.
6.    The dish ready to be served with steamed rice.

Daging Goreng Berlada

Bahan-bahan

200 gm daging dipotong 1 inci
5 urai kacang panjang dipotong meruncing
2 ulas bawang besar (1 ditumbuk bersama cili, 1 dimayang)
1 biji kentang dipotong bulat nipis 
1 sudu pes halia-bawang putih
2 batang cili merah ditumbuk kasar bersama bawang besar
Minyak zaiton
Garam
Gula
Kicap lemak manis
Air

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan minyak zaiton dan gorengkan daging sehingga agak garing.  Ketepikan.
2.    Minyak gorengan digunakan untuk menumis bawang besar dimayang, pes halia-bawang putih dan pes serbaguna.
3.    Setelah berbau wangi, tumiskan cili dan bawang besar yang ditumbuk sehingga garing.
4.    Setelah sebati masukkan kacang panjang, kentang yang dipotong dan daging yang ketepikan.
5.    Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.  Renjiskan kicap, sedikit air dan gaul sebati.
6.    Siap untuk dihidang bersama nasi putih.
