KERISI GORENG BEREMPAH / SPICY FRIED SEA BREAM FISH


Spicy Fried Sea Bream Fish

Ingredients

2 sea bream fish (medium size)
2 table spoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
Oil for frying

Methods

1.    Mix processed sea bream fish with all ingredients except cooking oil.
2.    Marinade for 15 minutes.
3.    Heat the frying oil in a wok. Once the oil is really hot, fry the marinated fish.
4.    Once the fish turn golden yellow, lift it from wok and served it with rice.

Ikan Kerisi Goreng Berempah

Bahan-bahan

2 ekor ikan kerisi (saiz sederhana)
2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
2 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh serbuk kari
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah-langkah

1.    Gaulkan ikan kerisi yang telah diproses dengan semua bahan kecuali minyak masak.
2.    Perapkan selama 15 minit.
3.    Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali.  Setelah minyak betul-betul panas, masukkan ikan yang telah diperap.
4.    Keluarkan setelah garing dan dihidang bersama nasi.
