KENTANG PUSAR BUATAN SENDIRI / HOMEMADE MASHED POTATO


Homemade Mashed Potato

Ingredients

4 Russet potato - cut
3 tablespoons butter - melted
½ cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon mixed spices
Salt

Methods

1.    Heat a pot of water with a little of salt and add potatoes until tender.
2.    Once tender, drained the water and began mashing the potato while hot.
3.    Put melted butter and mixed spices, stir.
4.    Add the milk and continue mixed it until well blended.
5.    Scooped it and serve with sauce.

Kentang Pusar Buatan Sendiri

Bahan-bahan

4 biji kentang russet – dibelah
3 sudu besar mentega - dicairkan
½ cawan susu cair
1 sudu teh rempah campuran
Garam

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan periuk berisi air serta sedikit garam dan masukkan kentang sehingga empuk.
2.    Setelah empuk buangkan air dan mula melenyek kentang semasa panas.
3.    Masukkan mentega cair dan rempah campuran, gaulkan.
4.    Masukkan susu cair dan terus mengaul sehingga sebati.
5.    Ceduk dan hidangkan dengan sos.

    1. Salam, rempah campuran (mixed spices) tu campuran rempah yang telah siap dan boleh dibeli di supermarket. Resepi ni menggunakan 1 sudu teh rempah campuran.
