BURGER BAKAR BUATAN SENDIRI / HOMEMADE GRILLED BURGER

Antara bahan-bahan yang digunakan / ingredients used
Bawang dipotong kiub / Cubed cut onion
Kepingan jagung dihancurkan / Crushed corn flakes
Herba dan rempah yang digunakan / Herbs and spices used
 Telor / Egg
Daging kisar / Minced beef
Bahan yang telah digaul / Well mixed ingredients

Siap dibentuk sedia dikukus / Round Shaped and ready to steam
  Siap dibakar / Grilled burger
Siap dihidang / Ready to served
Homemade Grill Burger

Ingredients

400 gm minced beef
2 cups crushed corn flakes into coarse powder
1 egg lightly whisked
1 stalk finely chopped basil leaves
1 onion cut into cubes
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon mixed spices
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Add-on ingredients

Lettuce
Round cut onion
Round cut tomato
Burger’s bun
A slice of cheddar cheese 
Mayonnaise
Mustard sauce

Methods

1.    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2.    Form the mixture into round shape to the appropriate thickness.
3.    Steam the burgers until half cooked.
4.    Grill it until cooked.
5.    Prepare with burger’s bun and add-on ingredients.

Burger Bakar Buatan Sendiri

Bahan-bahan

400 gm daging kisar
2 cawan corn flakes dihancurkan menjadi serbuk kasar
1 biji telor dipecah dan dipukul sederhana
1 tangkai daun selasih dipotong halus
1 bawang besar dipotong kiub
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh herba campuran
1 sudu teh rempah campuran
1 sudu teh herba perapan Itali

Bahan-bahan tambahan

Daun salad
Bawang besar dipotong bulat
Tomato dipotong bulat
Roti burger
Sekeping keju cheddar 
Mayonnaise
Sos mustard

Langkah-langkah

1.    Campurkan semua bahan dan gaul rata.
2.    Bentukan campuran menjadi bulat mengikut ketebalan yang sesuai.
3.    Kukuskan burger yang dibentuk sehingga separuh masak.
4.    Bakar diatas api sehingga masak.
5.    Sediakan bersama roti burger dan bahan-bahan tambahan.

    1. Salam Don't Afraid to Try and thanks for being my follower and the comment. That coding only appear when you use IE. Anyway I'll check with my IT friend why it happen. I'm not using IE, that's why I don't reliased it. Thanks again.

    yes..im using the IE. myb u can check with your fren how to hide this coding..or myb my IE didnt support the coding from your web. (im using ofis PC)..hehe..
