CHICKEN CHOP V2

Antara bahan yang digunakan / Some of ingredients used
 Campuran perekat / Binding mixed
Serbuk roti / Bread crump
Ayam diperap / Marinated chicken
Siap untuk digoreng / Ready to fry 
Siap untuk dihidang / Ready to serve 
Dihidang bersama bahan lain / Serve with other dish
Sos lada hitam / Black pepper sauce

Ingredients

4 whole leg chicken (debone)
1 teaspoon mixed herb
Salt
1 teaspoon mixed spice
2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups bread crumbs
Cooking oil for frying

Ingredients for binder

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk (¾ cup evaporated milk + ½ lemon juice)
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
½ teaspoon mixed herb
½ cup evaporated milk
2 chicken eggs

Methods

1.    Marinate deboning chicken with mixed herbs, mixed spices, black pepper and salt on both sides. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2.    Prepare adhesive by mixing all ingredients.
3.    Prepare the flour and bread crumbs in a different container.
4.    Put marinated chicken into a container of flour and coat the entire area.
5.    Put coated chicken with flour into the adhesive and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
6.    Let the coated chicken rest, deep-fried it in a frying pan.
7.    Once it turns to golden yellow, served it with black pepper saucehomemade mashed potato and fries.

Bahan-bahan

4 peha ayam dibuang tulang
1 sudu teh herba campuran
Garam
1 sudu teh rempah campuran
2 cawan tepung serbaguna
3 cawan serbuk roti
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng

Bahan untuk perekat

2 cawan tepung serbaguna
1 cawan buttermilk (1 cawan susu cair + ½ biji jus lemon)
1 sudu teh serbuk kasar lada hitam
½ sudu teh serbuk pala
½ sudu teh herba campuran
½ cawan susu cair
2 biji telor ayam

Langkah-langkah

1.    Ayam yang telah dibuan tulang diperap dengan herba campuran, rempah campuran, serbuk lada hitam dan garam pada kedua-dua bahagian.  Biarkan selama 15 minit.
2.    Sediakan bahan perekat dengan mencampur semua bahan.
3.    Sediakan tepung dan serbuk roti dalam bekas berlainan.
4.    Ayam yang telah diperap dimasukkan ke dalam bekas tepung dan dilumurkan pada keseluruhan bahagian.
5.    Masukkan ayam yang dilumur dengan tepung ke dalam bahan perekat dan ratakan, selepas itu masukkan ke dalam bekas serbuk roti.
6.    Biarkan seketika ayam yang telah dilumur sebelum digoreng di dalam kuali secara gorengan tenggelam.
7.    Setelah kuning keemasan siap untuk dihidang bersama sos lada hitamkentang pusar buatan sendiri dan kentang goreng.

    1. Salam Bin Muhammad, thanks for visiting. Mixed Herbs tu mengandungi daun herba yang dikeringkan seperti rosemary, thymes, basil dan lain-lain. Mixed spices pula campuran rempah ratus spt jintan manis dan putih, kulit kayu manis, ketumbar dan lain-lain. Kedua-dua ini boleh dapat kat Tesco, Carrefour dan semua kedai lain.
