DAGING KAMBING DAN LEMBU PANGGANG / GRILLED LAMB AND BEEF

Sedia untuk diperap / Ready for marinating
Garam dan lada hitam / Salt and black pepper

 Diperap dengan sos / Marinated with sauce

Lamb and Beef Grilled

 Ingredients

 3 pieces of lamb (shoulder)
 4 slices of beef (preferred tenderloin)
 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
 Salt

 Ingredients for marinating sauce

 3 tablespoon olive oil
 1 teaspoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
 1 teaspoon mixed spices
 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
 1 tablespoons plum sauce
 2 tablespoons creamy-sweet soy sauce
 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg seed
 1 tablespoon of honey

 Methods

1.    Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
2.    Cleaned meats and tossed.
3.    Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat surface.
4.    Mix all ingredients to prepare marinating sauce.
5.    Apply the marinating sauce on both of meat surface.
6.    Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
7.    Enter marinated meat into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
(If using a grill pan, place the meat and flip the meat at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat)
8.    Once cooked or crisp, ready to be serve with salad, homemade black pepper sauce and mashed potato.

Daging Kambing dan Lembu Panggang

Bahan-bahan

3 keping daging kambing (bahagian bahu)
4 keping daging lembu (bahagian batang pinang)
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
Garam

Bahan-bahan Sos Perapan

3 sudu besar minyak zaiton
1 sudu teh pes halia-bawang putih
1 sudu teh campuran herba
1 sudu teh campuran rempah
1 sudu besar jus lemon
1 sudu besar serbuk kasar lada hitam
1 sudu besar sos BBQ
1 sudu besar sos plum
2 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
1 sudu teh serbuk biji pala
1 sudu besar madu

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 200 darjah Celsius.
2.    Daging dibersih dan ditoskan seketika.
3.    Taburkan garam dan lada hitam pada kedua-dua belah permukaan daging.
4.    Campurkan semua bahan bagi menyediakan sos perapan.
5.    Sapukan sos perapan pada kedua-dua permukaan daging.
6.    Perapkan sekurang-kurang 30 minit.
7.    Masukkan daging perapan ke dalam ketuhar selama 15 hingga 20 minit.
(Jika menggunakan kuali pemanggang, letakkan daging dan terbalikkan daging pada sela 10 – 15 minit dengan api sederhana kecil)
8.    Setelah masak atau garing, siap untuk dihidang bersama sayuran, sos lada hitam buatan sendiri dan kentang pusar.
