SAMBAL ASAM TELOR KENTANG / EGGS-POTATOES WITH HOT SOUR SAUCE




Egg-Potato with Hot Sour Sauces

Materials

3 fried eggs sunny-side-
2 potatoes sliced thinly
1 onion cut round
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cm ginger minced
4 tablespoon chili paste
3 tablespoons tamarind juice
Olive oil

Methods

1.    Fry eggs sunny-side, cut into small parts and put aside.
2.    Fry sliced potatoes and set aside.
3.    Heat olive oil in a wok and stir-fry minced ingredients.
4.    Once fragrant, stir cut round onions until wilted.
5.    Sauté chili paste until it turn golden yellow and fragrant.
6.    Pour in tamarind juice and stir until boiling.
7.    Once all well mixed add the egg and potatoes.
8.    Stir until all is well mixed and ready to be served.

Sambal Asam Telor Kentang

Bahan-bahan

3 biji telor digoreng mata kerbau
2 biji kentang dipotong nipis
1 bawang besar dipotong bulat
2 ulas bawang putih diracik
1 cm halia diracik
4 sudu besar cili kisar
3 sudu besar air asam jawa
Minyak zaiton.

Langkah-langkah

1.    Telor digoreng mata kerbau, dipotong kecil dan diasingkan.
2.    Kentang digoreng dan diasingkan.
3.    Panaskan minyak zaiton dalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan diracik.
4.    Setelah naik bau masukkan bawang dipotong bulat sehingga layu.
5.    Tumiskan cili kisar sehingga garing dan wangi.
6.    Masukkan air asam jawa dan kacau sehingga mendidih.
7.    Setelah semua sebati masukan telor dan kentang yang diasingkan.
8.    Kacau sehingga semuanya sebati dan siap untuk dihidang.
