 Mango-Apple Salad


½ mangoes finely cut
½ green apples finely cut
1 stalk lemon grass finely cut
3 onions cubed
3 inch ginger flowers finely cut
6 bird’s eye chili finely cut
25 gram dried prawns dry fried and coarsely ground
50 gram peanut frying dry (with out oil) - coarsely ground
1 teaspoon honey
Squeezed for juice from ¼ lemon
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil


1.    Add all finely cut ingredients, dried shrimp and onions in bowl and mixed well.
2.    Squeeze lemon for juice. Put honey, fish sauce and olive oil.
3.    Mix all ingredients until well blended. Sprinkled with coarsely grounded peanut.  Ready to be serve.

Kerabu Mangga-Epal


½ biji mangga dipotong rampai
½ biji apple hijau dipotong rampai
1 batang serai dipotong rampai
3 biji bawang merah dipotong kiub
3 inci bunga kantan dipotong rampai
6 biji cili padi dipotong rampai
25 gm udang kering digoreng kering dan ditumbuk kasar
50 gm kacang tanah digoreng kering (tanpa minyak), ditumbuk kasar
1 sudu teh madu
¼ biji lemon diperah jus
1 sudu teh sos ikan
1 sudu teh minyak zaiton


1.    Semua bahan-bahan yang dipotong rampai, udang kering dan bawang merah dicampur dan digaul sebati.
2.    Perahkan lemon untuk jus.  Masukan madu, sos ikan dan minyak zaiton.
3.    Gaulkan semua bahan sehingga sebati. Taburkan kacang tanah yang ditumbuk kasar.  Siap untuk dihidang.
