Nestum Almond Ring
Ingredients

gm butter
50
gm vegetable shortening
¾
cup caster sugar
1¾
cup flour
¾
cup Nestum
½
cup almond nibs
1
tsp vanilla essence
1
egg
½
cup corn flour
Methods
1. Sift flour, beat
butter, vegetable shortening and caster sugar until pale and creamy.
2. Add vanilla
essence. Stir in egg.
3. Fold in flour,
corn flour and Nestum.
4. Mixture must
not stick to our hands when touched.
5. Transfer
dough, roll and press cookies.
6. Glaze and
decorate with almond nibs and bake at 180 deg Celsius.
7. Once baked
cool it in room temperature.

gm lelemak sayuran

cawan gula caster

cawan tepung
½
cawan tepung jagung
¾
cawan Nestum
½
cawan cebisan badam
1
sudu teh esen vanilla
1
biji telor
Langkah-langkah
1. Ayak tepung,
pukul mentega, lelemak sayuran dan gula caster sehingga berwarna pucat dab
berkrim.
2. Masukkan esen
vanilla. Pecahkan telur.
3. Masukkan
tepung, tepung jagung dan Nestum.
4. Campuran
sepatutnya tidak melekat kepada tangan bila dipegang.
5. Pindahkan doh,
leperkan dan tekap cookies.
6. Kilatkan dan
hias dengan cebisan badam dan dinakar pada suhu 180 darjah Celsius.
7. Sejukkan pada
suhu bilik setelah masak.
