TOMYAM CAMPUR DAN AIR KELAPA / MIXED TOMYAM WITH COCONUT WATER




Mixed Tomyam With Coconut Water

Ingredients

100 gram of meat
100 gram chicken
2 squids
10-15 prawns
3-4 tablespoons of homemade tomyam paste
2-3 lime for juice
1 stalk lemon grass, bruised
2 kaffir lime leaves
5 pieces of crushed bird’s eye chilies
1 torch ginger flower 
3 cups coconut water
Salt
Sugar

Blended Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk lemon grass
5 pieces of bird’s eye chilies

Vegetables
1 onion, cut round
1 tomato cut wedges
4 broccoli cut flowers
3 stalks of young corn beveled corner
¼ sticks carrot round cut
2 stalks celery cut diagonally

Methods

1.    Heat water mixed with coconut water.
2.    Boil meat and chicken until tender. Separate it from the broth.
3.    The broth is heated and put blended ingredients and crushed lemongrass. Allow to boil for a while.
4.    Add lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
5.    Put tomyam paste and salt to taste.
6.    Once boiled, add carrots, celery sticks, onion, baby corn, and crushed bird’s eye chilies.
7.    Once the vegetables are slightly wilted, add broccoli and tomatoes.
8.    Turn off the heat and ready to be served.

Tomyam Campur dan Air Kelapa

Bahan-bahan

100 gm daging
100 gm isi ayam
2 ekor sotong
10 – 15 ekor udang
2 – 3 biji limau purut untuk jus
1 batang serai dititik
2 helai daun limau purut
5 biji cili padi dititik
1 kuntum bunga kantan 
3 cawan air kelapa
Garam
Gula

Bahan dikisar
1 ulas bawang besar dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
1 batang serai dikisar
5 biji cili padi dikisar

Sayuran
1 ulas bawang besar dipotong bulat
1 biji tomato dipotong wedges
4 kuntum broccoli dibelah
3 batang jagung muda dipotong serong
¼ batang lobak merah dipotong bulat
2 batang celery dipotong menyerong

Langkah-langkah

1.      Panaskan air bercampur air kelapa.
2.      Rebus daging dan isi ayam sehingga empuk.  Asingkan dari air rebusan.
3.      Air rebusan dipanaskan dan dimasukkan bahan dikisar dan serai yang dititik.  Biarkan seketika sehingga mendidih.
4.      Masukkan serai dan daun limau purut.
5.      Masukkan pes tomyam dan garam secukup rasa.
6.      Setelah mendidih, masukkan lobak merah, batang celery, bawang,  jagung muda, cili padi yang dititik.
7.      Setelah sayur yang dimasukkan agak layu, masukkan broccoli dan tomato.
8.      Matikan api dan siap untuk dihidang.
