Fried Shrimp with Almonds
Ingredients
1 kg of medium sized fresh shrimp
1 large onion sliced
2 garlics sliced
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon homemade garlic-ginger paste
1 tablespoon homemade multi-purposepaste
1 tablespoon homemade blended chili paste
50 grams of whole almond - dry roasted
1 tablespoon sweet-creamy soy sauce
Salt
Oil to fry
Methods
1.
Marinate shrimp
with turmeric powder and salt. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2.
Dry roasted
the almonds.
3.
Fried marinated
shrimp. Set aside.
4.
Sauté sliced onion,
garlic and all the paste until fragrant.
5.
Put the almond
and soy sauce, mix well.
6.
Add prawns and
stir evenly.
7.
Serve it with rice.
Udang Goreng Badam
Bahan-bahan

kilogram udang segar sederhana besar
1
bawang besar dimayang
2
bawang putih dimayang
2
sudu besar serbuk kunyit
1
sudu besar pes halia bawang putih
1
sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
1
sudu besar pes cili kisar
50
gram biji badam – digoreng kering
1
sudu besar kicap lemak manis
Garam
Minyak
untuk mengoreng
Langkah-langkah
1. Udang digaul
bersama serbuk kunyit dan garam.
Perapkan selama 15 - 30 minit.
2. Goreng kering
biji badam.
3. Goreng udang
yang telah diperap. Ketepikan.
4. Tumiskan
bawang besar, bawang putih dan semua pes sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan badam
dan kicap, gaul rata.
6. Masukkan udang
dan gaul sekata.
7. Hidangkan
bersama nasi.
