BUBUR SAGU-JAGUNG / SAGO-CORN PORRIDGE


Sago-corn porridge

Ingredients
250 gm sago
1 can cream corn
7 tbsp sugar
75 gm palm oil milk (can be substituted with evaporated milk)
1/2 cup water

Salt
1/4 cup Sugar

Methods
  1. Add water in a pot and heat it.  Quantity of water required is depended on the concentration as desired.
  2. Put sago and let it expand
  3. Put creamy corn and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add palm oil milk, sugar and salt, stir gradually.
  5. Heat it until boiled
  6. Ready to serve. (Proposed with bread).
Bubur Sagu-Jagung

Bahan-bahan
250 gm sagu
1 tin jagung berkrim
7 sb gula
75 gm santan sawit (boleh diganti dengan susu cair)
1/2 cawan air
Garam
1/4 cawan Gula

Langkah-langkah
  1. Masukkan air dalam periuk dan panaskan. Kuantiti air begantung kepada kepekatan dikehendaki.
  2. Masukkan sagu biji dan biarkan kembang.
  3. Masukkan jagung berkrim dan kacau sehingga sebati.
  4. Masukkan santan, gula dan garam kacau perlahan.
  5. Panaskan sehingga mendidih.
  6. Siap untuk dihidangkan. (Dicadang makan bersama roti)
