Fried Vermicelli with Salted Soy Beans gravy
Ingredients
350 gm vermicelli
200 gm prawns
3 medium sized squid cut and sliced
1 large onions blended
2 cloves garlic, blended
5 mm blended ginger
10 stalks dried ground chilies
50 gm dried shrimp coarsely blended
Carrots finely cut
Chives cut 1 inch
200 grams of bean sprouts
1 fresh red chili cut diagonally - decoration
1 tofo - fried and cut small
5 tablespoons salted soy beans
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Methods
1. Soak vermicelli to soft.
2. Heat frying pan and sauté blended
ingredients until fragrant and golden.
3. Add prawns and squid. Add salt and sugar to taste. Stir well.
4. Add carrot and chives.
5. Put vermicelli and mix everything well.
6. Put bean sprouts and mix well. Sprinkle red chili.
7. For salted soy beans gravy, heat a wok and sauté
blended ingredients (onion, garlic, ginger and chili) until fragrant.
8. Put salted soy beans and stir. Add some sugar. Let it boiled.
9. Serve vermicelli and salted soy beans gravy
separately.
Meehon Goreng Berkuah Taucho
Bahan-bahan
350 gm meehon
200 gm udang
3 ekor sotong sederhana besar dipotong dan dibelah
1 ulas bawang besar dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
5 mm halia dikisar
10 tangkai lada kering dikisar
50 gm udang kering dikisar kasar
Lobak merah diricik halus
Kucai dipotong 1 inci
200 gm taugeh
1 Lada merah dipotong menyerong – hiasan
1 tauhu digoreng dipotong kecil
1 tauhu digoreng dipotong kecil
5 sudu besar taucho
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaitun
Langkah-langkah
1. Rendam meehon agar lembut.
2. Panaskan kuali dan tumis bahan dikisar sehingga naik bau dan garing.
3. Masukkan udang dan sotong dan kacau. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
4. Masukkan lobak merah dan kucai.
5. Masukkan meehon dan gaul semuanya sehingga sebati.
6. Masukkan taugeh dan gaul rata. Taburkan cili merah.
7. Untuk kuah taucho, panaskan kuali dan tumiskan bahan dikisar (bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan cili kering) sehingga berbau wangi.
8. Masukkan taucho, dan kacau. Masukkan sedikit gula. Biarkan mendidih.
9. Hidangkan meehon dan taucho berasingan.
