1 bungkus pes tomyam
1 batang serai dititik
2 helai daun limau purut
5 biji cili padi dititik

1 ulas bawang besar dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
10 mm halia dikisar

Sayuran
1 ulas bawang besar dipotong bulat
1 biji tomato dipotong wedges
4 kuntum broccoli dibelah
3 batang jagung muda dipotong serong
¼ batang lobak merah dipotong bulat
2 batang celery dipotong menyerong
Langkah-langkah
1.
Rebus daging dan
isi ayam sehingga empuk. Asingkan dari
air rebusan.
2.
Air rebusan
dipanaskan dan dimasukkan bahan dikisar dan serai yang dititik. Biarkan seketika sehingga mendidih.
3.
Masukkan pes
tomyam dan garam secukup rasa.
4.
Setelah mendidih,
masukkan lobak merah, batang celery, bawang dan jagung muda.
5.
Masukkan daun
limau purut dan cili padi yang dititik.
6.
Setelah sayur
yang dimasukkan agak layu, masukkan broccoli dan tomato.
7.
Matikan api dan
siap untuk dihidang.

1 packet tomyam paste
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
2 kaffir lime leaves
5 bird’s eye chili crushed
Salt
Blended ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
10 mm ginger
1 stalk lemongrass
5 pieces bird’s eye chili
Vegetable
1 onion, cut round
1 tomato cut wedges
4 stalks broccoli, cut
3 stalks of baby corn cut oblique
¼ carrot cut round
2 stalks Celery cut diagonally

Ingredients

Methods
1. Boil chicken
and meat until soft. Separate from
stock.
2. Heat the
stock and put blended ingredients and crushed lemongrass. Let boil for a while.
3. Put tomyam
paste and salt to taste.
4. Once boiled,
add carrots, celery, onion and baby corn.
5. Put kaffir
leaves and crushed bird’s eye chili.
6. After added
vegetable wilted, add broccoli and tomatoes.
7. Turn off heat
and ready to serve.
