MARBLE CHEESE BROWNIES

Alhamdulillah, the results of our brownies are well worth the effort..it's so much satisfying and rewarding...thanks to Naz Rinn Chan for this marvelous recipe..:))

Marble Cheese Brownies


Ingredients

250 gm butter
1 cup cocoa
½ cup evaporated milk
1½ cup sugar
3 grade B eggs
1½ cup superfine flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp vanilla essence

Cheese Topping

250 gm cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
1 grade B egg

Methods

For Brownies
1.    Put butter in double boiler until melted.  Pour cocoa and stir well.
2.    Whisked sugar and eggs until well mixed.  Pour the mixture into cocoa mix, stir it until well mix.
3.    Put evaporated milk and mix well. Add superfine flour and vanilla essence.
4.    Pour the mixture into baking pan and bake it.
5.    Separate 1½ tsp for pattern design.

For cheese
1.    Whisked cream cheese and sugar.  Add egg.
2.    Lay on top baked brownies.
3.    Design the pattern with separated mixture. Bake again.

Marble Cheese Brownies

Bahan-bahan

250 gm mentega
1 cawan koko
½ cawan susu sejat
1½ cawan gula
3 biji telur gred B
1½ cawan tepung halus
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1 sudu kecil esen vanila

Topping Keju

250 gm krim keju
¾ cawan gula
1 gred B telur

Langkah-langkah

Untuk Brownies
1.    Letakkan mentega dalam bekas untuk double boiler sehingga cair. Tuangkan koko dan kacau rata.
2.    Putar gula dan telur sehingga sebati.  Tuangkan campuran ke dalam campuran koko, kacau hingga sebati.
3.    Masukkan susu cair dan gaul rata. Tambah tepung yang halus dan esen vanila.
4.    Tuang adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar dan bakar.
5.    Asingkan 1½ sudu kecil untuk reka bentuk corak.

Untuk Keju
1.    Putar keju krim dan gula. Masukkan telur.
2.    Tuangkan dan ratakan ke atas brownies yang telah dibakar.
3.    Merekabentuk corak dengan campuran yang diasingkan. Bakar lagi.

  1. Sedap tak brownies? hahaha tanya pulak ya. Sebenarnya belum pernah makan. Jadi teringin nak cuba buat sendiri. Tunggu ada kesempatan.
