Kicap cili padi
Chap Chai Noodles
Ingredients
5 dried bun noodles
1 large clove onion *
3 cloves garlic *
50 gm dried prawns
100 gm chicken meat
100 gm of beef meat
2 potato cut cubed
1 bud black mushrooms – soaked
2 pieces fucuk (soya bean curd) – soaked
50 gm glass noodles – soaked
2 eggs
2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Materials marked * coarsely ground
Methods
1.
Boiled bun noodles until soft.
2.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the coarsely ground material.
3. Add the chicken meat and beef meat, add a little water and stir until slightly cooked.
4. Put black mushrooms, glass noodles, potatoes and fucuk. Stir until well blended.
5.
Add enough water to soup noodles. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and sugar to taste.
6. After the
soup boiled, put the eggs and let it harden.
7. Spoon sauce and put it in a bowl with noodles. Add soy sauce with bird's eye chili. Ready to be serve.

bertanda * ditumbuk kasar
Langkah-langkah
1. Rebuskan mee
sanggul sehingga lembut.
2. Panaskan
minyak zaiton dan tumiskan bahan yang ditumbuk kasar.
3. Masukkan isi
ayam dan daging, masukkan sedikit air dan kacau sehingga agak masak.
4. Masukkan
cendawan, soun, kentang dan fucuk. Kacau
sehingga sebati.
5. Tambahkan air secukup untuk kuah mee. Masukkan garam, lada hitam, lada putih dan
gula secukup rasa.
6. Setelah mendidih
pecahkan telur dan biarkan mengeras.
7. Sendukkan kuah
beserta isinya dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk berisi mee. Tambah kicap dengan cili padi. Siap untuk dihidang.
