Tandoori Rice
Ingredients
1 kilo of bathmathi rice
7 cups water
½ cup of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon blended garlic
1 tablespoon blended ginger
5 tablespoons tandoori paste/gravy from roasted chicken
1 onion, cut
Pandan leaves
Salt
Sugar
Methods
1. Wash rice and soak.
2.
Sauté the cut onion, blended garlic and ginger until fragrant. Put pandan
leaves.
3.
Add paste/gravy of roasted chicken and mix thoroughly.
4.
Pour
measured water, sugar and salt to taste.
5. After the mixture boiled, add evaporated
milk and bring to boil again.
6. Put the soaked rice into the pot and stir until slightly dry and let it cook. Eat with tandoori chicken and salsa salads.
Nasi Tandoori

sudu besar kisaran bawang putih

sudu besar kisaran halia
5
sudu besar paste dari panggangan ayam tandoori
1
ulas bawang besar dipotong
Daun
pandan
Garam
Gula
Langkah-langkah
1. Basuh beras
dan direndam.
2. Tumiskan
bawang besar yang dipotong beserta kisaran bawang putih dan kisaran halia
sehingga naik bau. Masukkan daun pandan.
3. Setelah itu
masukkan paste dari panggangan ayam dan kacau sehingga sebati.
4. Setelah itu
masukkan air yang telah disukat. Gula dan garam secukup rasa.
5. Setelah
mendidih masukkan susu cair dan kavau sehingga mendidih.
6. Masukkan beras
yang telah direndam kedalam periuk dan kacau sehingga agak kering dan biarkan
sehingga masak. Boleh dimakan bersama ayam tandoori dan salad salsa.
