Nasi daging dengan hirisan daging / Meat rice with sliced meat

Ingredients
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon fennel seeds powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon fenugreek powder
2 tablespoons almond powder
2 tablespoons kurma spices powder
Other ingredients
4 cups bathmati rice - soaked and
drained
½ kg boiled meat with salt
4 cups beef broth (quantity depending
on the brand of rice)
2 cups evaporated milk
1 onion sliced
2 tea spoon homemade ginger-garlic paste
Pandan leaves
Bay leaf
Sautéed spices (cinnamon, star anise,
cloves and cardamom)
Lemongrass
Salt
Sugar
Ghee
Olive oil
Methods
1.
Heat ghee and
olive oil in a rice cooker and input pandan leaves, lemongrass, sautéed spices,
and ginger-garlic paste.
2.
Once
fragrant, put prepared meat rice spices, bay leaf
and stirred until evenly blended. Put boiled meat.
3.
Add rice and
fry briefly until translucent.
4.
Add water and
stir briefly. Add the evaporated milk and continue stirring. Add sugar and salt
to taste.
5.
Once boiled,
cover the pot with a lid and let it cook.
6.
When rice is
cooked, separate the meat and eat it with tamarind sauce.
7.
Can be eaten with
chicken kurma or fried chicken in hot tomato sauce.

Langkah-langkah
1. Panaskan
minyak sapi dan minyak zaiton di dalam periuk nasi dan masukan daun pandan,
serai, rempah tumis dan pes halia-bawang putih.
2. Setelah naik
bau masukkan rempah nasi daging yang telah dicampur, daun salam dan dikacau
sehingga rata. Masukkan daging yang
telah direbus.
3. Masukkan beras
dan goreng seketika sehingga mengembang.
4. Masukkan air
dan kacau seketika. Masukkan susu cair dan kacau sebati. Tambahkan garam dan
gula secukup rasa.
5. Setelah
mendidih tutup periuk dengan penutup dan biarkan sehingga masak.
6. Apabila nasi
masak, asingkan daging untuk dimakan dengan air asam.
7. Boleh juga
dimakan dengan kurma ayam atau ayam masak merah.
