Penang Char Kuey Teow
Ingredients
(for 1 person)
50 gm fresh kuey teow
2 table spoons chili paste
Rough cut garlic
1 egg
2-3 medium sized boiled prawns
1 table spoons boiled cockle
1 table spoons boiled cockle
Sprouts
Chives cut 1 inch long
Salt (if necessary)
Cooking oil
Methods
- Heat wok with cooking oil, sauté garlic, char kuey teow sauce and chili paste. Stir until well blended.
- Fry on high heat. Put fresh chives and kuey teow, egg and stir until egg became scramble.
- Add bean sprouts, shrimp and cockle. Stir for a while and ready to be served. All process took about 2 – 3 minutes.

sudu besar cili kisar

biji bawang putih dipotong kasar
1
telor
2
– 3 ekor udang sederhana besar yang telah direbus
1 sudu besar kerang rebus
1 sudu besar kerang rebus
Taugeh
Kucai
dipotong 1 inci panjang
Garam
(jika perlu)
Minyak
masak
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan kuali bersama minyak masak, tumis bawang putih, sos char kuey teow dan cili kisar. Kacau sehingga sebati.
- Goreng di atas api besar. Masukkan kucai dan kuey teow basah, pecahkan telur dan kacau sehingga bergentel.
- Masukkan taugeh, udang dan kerang. Kacau seketika dan siap untuk dihidang. Semua proses mengambil masa selama 2 – 3 minit.
