Chicken in Creamy Red Sauce
Ingredients
500 grams chicken cut into small part
3 potato wedges cut
2 stalks lemongrass (1 stalk blended,
1 stalk crushed)
3 cloves of candlenut - blended
10 stems dried chili - blended
1 onion - blended
2 cloves garlic - blended
1 cm turmeric - blended
2 cm ginger - blended
1 cm galangal - blended
5 stem bird’s eye chilies - blended
125 grams of coconut milk
1 sprig basil
Dates vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Methods
1.
Cleaned and
boiled the chicken. Tossed chicken and put aside the broth.
2.
Heat the olive
in a pan. Sauté blended ingredients and lemongrass until fragrant.
3.
Pour in
chicken stock and let it boil.
4.
Add coconut
milk and stir briefly.
5.
Put the wedges
cut potatoes and mix thoroughly.
6.
After the
sauce boiled, put chicken and add dates vinegar, salt and sugar to taste.
7.
Once cooked, serve
it with rice.
Ayam Lemak Merah

cm halia – dikisar

cm lengkuas – dikisar

batang cili padi – dikisar

gram santan kelapa
1
tangkai daun selasih
Cuka
kurma
Garam
Gula
Minyak
zaiton
Langkah-langkah
1. Ayam dibersih
dan direbus. Asingkan ayam dan ketepikan
air rebusan.
2. Panaskan minya
zaiton dalam kuali. Tumiskan bahan kisar
dan serai yang dititik sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan air
rebusan ayam dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
4. Masukkan
santan dan kacau seketika.
5. Masukkan
kentang dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6. Selepas
medidih masukkan ayam yang telah direbus dan diperisakan dengan cuka kurma,
garam dan gula secukup rasa.
7. Setelah masak
siap untuk dihidang.
