Long Bean, Basil Leaves and Apple in
Coconut Cream Sauce
Ingredients

long beans cut into 1-inch

sprigs basil

apple cut wedges
50
grams of dried shrimp blended

large cloves garlic (1 clove blended and 1 clove round cut)

cloves garlic, blended

red chili cut diagonally

green chili cut diagonally
250
grams of coconut milk (from 1 coconut)

Water
Methods
1. Put 2 cups of
water into the pot.
2. Mix the
blended ingredients into the pot. Stir until well blended.
3. Add round cut onion,
red chilies and green chilies.
4. Add coconut
milk and continue to stir so as not to be solidified.
5. Once boiled,
add the long beans, basil and apples.
6. Season it with
salt and a little sugar to taste.
7. It is ready to
serve with rice.

ulas bawang besar (1 ulas dikisar dan 1 ulas dipotong bulat)

ulas bawang putih dikisar

batang cili merah dipotong menyerong
1
batang cili hijau dipotong menyerong
250
gram santan (dari 1 biji kelapa)
Garam
Gula
Air
Langkah-langkah
1. Masukkan 2
cawan air ke dalam periuk.
2. Campurkan
bahan-bahan yang dikisar ke dalam periuk. Kacau sehingga sebati.
3. Masukkan
bawang besar yang dipotong bulat, cili merah dan cili hijau.
4. Masukkan
santan dan terus mengacau agar tidak menjadi berkepala.
5. Setelah
mendidih masukkan kacang panjang, daun selasih dan epal.
6. Perisakan
dengan garam dan sedikit gula secukup rasa.
7. Siap untuk
dihidangkan.
