TIRAMISU








Tiramisu
                   
Ingredients
                    
2 bags of Savoiardi / ladyfingers biscuits (12 nos each bag)
250 gram cream cheese
¾ cup castor sugar
135 gram plain / flavored yogurt (we used peach flavor)
1 cup of coffee
Cocoa powder/Milo

Methods

1.          Mix cream cheese, yogurt and sugar in a bowl using hand whisk until fluffy.
2.          Dip each ladyfinger in coffee and arrange it in the pan.
3.          Add half of the cheese mixture on top of sponge fingers.
4.          Sift cocoa powder on the cheese layer.
5.          Repeat the steps for 2nd layer.
6.          Let it set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Bahan-bahan

2 bungkus biskut Savoiardi / biskut ladyfingers (12 jejari setiap bungkus)
250 gram cream cheese
¾ cawan gula kastor
135 gram yogurt kosong / berperisa (digunakan perisa pic)
1 cawan kopi
Serbuk koko / Milo

Langkah-langkah

1.          Campurkan cream cheese, yogurt dan gula dalam mangkuk dan dipukul sehingga kembang.
2.          Cicah biskut dalam kopi dan disusun dalam bekas Loyang.
3.          Tuangkan campuran keju ke atas biskut yang telah lembut.
4.          Taburkan serbuk koko di atas lapisan keju.
5.          Ulangi langkah untuk lapisan kedua.
6.          Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk selama sekurang-kurang 6 jam untuk mengeras.
