Squid
Curry Tom-yam
Ingredients
3 medium-sized squid - cut round
2 cloves garlic - blended
1 large onion - blended
1 cm ginger - blended
5 dried chili - blended
2 teaspoons curry powder
½ cube tom-yam (tomyam paste)
1 sprig curry leaves
1 kaffir lime leaf
1 red chili – diagonally cut
1 green chili – diagonally cut
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar
Water
Methods
1.
Mix the curry
powder and tom-yam cubes with a little water to prepare a paste.
2.
Heat the olive
oil. Sauté blended ingredients and curry leaves until fragrant.
3.
Put the
mixture of curry and tom-yam. Stir until well blended.
4.
Put diagonally
cut red and green chili. If the mixture became thick, add water.
5.
Add squid and
kaffir lime leaves, stir until it is boiling. Season it with salt and sugar.
6.
It is ready to
serve.
Sotong Tomyam Kari
Bahan-bahan
3
ekor sotong saiz sederhana – dipotong bulat
2
ulas bawang putih dikisar
1
ulas bawang besar dikisar
1
cm halia dikisar
5
cili kering dikisar
2
sudu serbuk kari
1
tangkai daun kari
1
helai daun limau purut
½
kiub tomyam (pes tomyam)
1
batang cili merah dipotong serong
1
batang cili hijau dipotong serong
Minyak
zaiton
Garam
Gula
Air
Langkah-langkah
1. Campurkan
rempah kari dan kiub tomyam dengan sedikit air supaya menjadi pes.
2. Panaskan
minyak zaiton. Tumiskan bahan yang
dikisar dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan pes
campuran kari dan tomyam. Kacau sehingga
sebati.
4. Masukkan cili
merah dan hijau yang dipotong serong.
Jika pekat tambahkan sedikit air.
5. Masukkan
sotong dan daun limau purut, kacau sehingga mendidih. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
6. Siap untuk
dihidang.
