PAJERI NENAS / PINEAPPLE IN SPICY SAUCE



Pineapple in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

2 slices pineapple cut a triangle
5 tablespoons curry powder mixed with water to form paste
2 tablespoons kerisek (toast coconut until dry and oily)
1 onion blended
2 cloves garlic, blended
1 cm ginger blended
Stir spices (cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom)
Coconut milk from one coconut
Tamarind
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar

Methods

1.    Sauté stir spices and blended ingredients with olive oil.
2.    Put curry paste and kerisek.
3.    Once fragrant and golden yellow, add in some water and let it boil.
4.    Put the chopped pineapple and stir it until well mix.
5.    Add the coconut milk, salt, sugar and stir until well blended.
6.    After boiling and tasted to taste, it is ready to be served.

Pajeri Nenas

Bahan-bahan

2 potongan nenas dipotong segitiga
5 sudu serbuk kari dicampur air menjadi pes
2 sudu kerisek
1 bawang besar dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
1 cm halia dikisar
Rempah tumisan (kulit kayu manis, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, buah pelaga)
Santan dari 1 biji kelapa
Asam keeping
Minyak zaiton
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

1.    Tumiskan rempah tumisan dan bahan kisaran dengan minyak zaiton.
2.    Masukkan pes rempah kari dan kerisek. 
3.    Setelah berbau wangi dan garing masukkan sedikit air dan biarkan sehingga mendidih.
4.    Masukkan nenas yang telah dipotong dan biarkan sebati.
5.    Masukkan santan, garam, gula dan kacau sehingga sebati.
6.    Setelah mendidih dan secukup rasa, sedia untuk dihidang.
