Ingredients
400 grams of minced beef
2 large onions cut into cubes
3 cloves of garlic cut into cubes
2 cups bread crumbs
2 to 3 cups flour (separated slightly
to clench round)
1 egg
1 teaspoon mixed spices
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Parsley
Water
Olive oil
Methods
1.
Minced meat
mixed with all the ingredients and mix well.
2.
Steam the mixture
to thicken it and meat be cooked.
3.
Steamed mixture
then made into a ball shape.
4.
Meat ball then
steam again to maintain round shape.
5.
Meat ball can
be eaten straight away or even fried it.
6.
Can be eaten
fresh with sauce or made soup to be eaten with noodles.

ulas bawang besar dipotong kiub

ulas bawang putih dipotong kiub

cawan serbuk roti

- 3 cawan tepung gandum (asingkan sedikit untuk mengepal bulat)

biji telur

sudu teh rempah campuran
1
sudu teh herba campuran
1
sudu teh serbuk pala
1
sudu teh lada hitam dikisar kasar

Langkah-langkah
1. Daging kisar
dicampur dengan semua bahan-bahan dan digaul rata.
2. Campuran
dikukus untuk mengental dan daging menjadi masak.
3. Campuran
dikepal menjadi bentuk bebola.
4. Bebola dikukus
semula untuk mengekal bentuk.
5. Bebola boleh
terus dimakan atau pun digoreng.
6. Boleh dimakan
terus bersama sos atau dibuat sup untuk dimakan bersama mee.
