SAMBAL TUMIS UDANG-PETAI / HOT CHILI SAUCE PRAWN-PETAI

Hot Chili Sauce Prawn-Petai 

Ingredients

½ kg prawn
100 gm petai
2 cloves garlic - blended
2 onion – (1 blended, 1 chopped)
10 cm ginger blended
10 dried chilies - blended
Salt
Sugar
Tamarind
Olive oil
water

Methods

  1. Sauté blended ingredients. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add salt, sugar and tamarind. If too thick add water.
  3. Put prawn into sauce. Stir it
  4. Put petai and chopped onion. Stir for a while.
  5. Ready to serve when the sauce boiled.

Sambal Tumis Udang-Petai

Bahan-bahan

½ kg udang
100 gm petai
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
2 ulas bawang besar – ( 1 biji dikisar, 1 biji dipotong)
10 cm halia - dikisar
10 tangkai cili kering - dikisar
Garam
Gula
Asam keping
Minyak zaiton
Air

Langkah-langkah
  1. Tumis bahan yang dikisar. Tumis sehingga naik bau wangi. 
  2. Masukkan garam, gula dan asam keping. Jika terlalu pekat tambahkan sedikit air. 
  3. Masukkan udang ke dalam kuah sambal tumis. Kacau seketika. 
  4. Masukkan petai dan bawang yang dipotong dan kacau. 
  5. Siap untuk dihidang.
