BEGEDEL KENTANG / POTATOES PATTIES


Potatoes Patties

Ingredients

4 potatoes, peeled skin
200 grams of minced beef 
100 grams of wheat flour
Parsley
1 large onion cubed
1 whole egg
Cooking oil
Salt


Methods

1.    Sauté onion and minced beef.  Let it cool.
2.    Boil potatoes until cooked. Mash in the container.
3.    Add in sautéed minced beef, flour, parsley and onions.  Mix until well blended.
4.    Shape the mixture as a favorite. (Sphere or flat)
5.    Dip into beaten eggs.
6.    Fry until slightly golden yellow.  Ready to be served with soto.

Begedel Kentang

Bahan-bahan

4 biji kentang dikupas kulit
200 gram daging  kisar
100 gram tepung gandum
Daun sup
1 bawang besar dipotong kiub
1 biji telor
Minyak masak
Garam

Langkah-langkah

1.    Tumiskan daging kisar dan bawang.
2.    Rebus kentang sehingga masak.  Lenyek dalam bekas.
3.    Masukkan campuran daging kisar, tepung gandum, daun sup dan bawang besar kedalam bekas berisi kentang.  Gaul sehingga sebati.
4.    Bentukkan campuran mengikut kegemaran. (bentuk bulat atau leper)
5.    Celupkan kedalam telor yang telah dipukul.
6.    Goreng sehingga agak kuning keemasan.  Siap untuk dihidang dengan soto.
