Crab With Chili and Black Pepper
Ingredients
2 crabs cut half
1 teaspoon blended garlic
1 teaspoon blended ginger
1 onion cubed
4 tablespoon blended dried chili
1 egg
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoons plum sauce
50 gram of black pepper coarsely ground
½ cup evaporated milk
Salt
Sugar
Water
Olive oil
Spring onion
Methods
1.
Heat pan and
add olive oil. Sauté all blended ingredients and onion.
2.
Once fragrant,
add in some water and bring to a boil.
3.
Put all the
sauces and coarsely ground black pepper.
4.
Put crab and
mix until well combined.
5.
Break the egg
and stir until the eggs are set well with the sauce.
6.
Mix well all, so
that all parts of the crab covered with sauce.
7.
Serve, garnish
with spring onion.
Ketam Masak Cili Berlada Hitam
Bahan-bahan
2
ekor ketam dibelah dua
1
sudu teh kisaran bawang putih
1
sudu teh kisaran halia
1
biji bawang besar dipotong kiub
4
sudu besar kisaran cili kering
1
biji telur
2
sudu besar sos cili
1
sudu besar sos tomato
1
sudu besar sos plum
50
gm lada hitam ditumbuk kasar
½
cawan susu isian sejat
Garam
Gula
Air
Minyak
zaiton
Langkah-langkah
1. Panaskan kuali
dan masukkan minyak zaiton. Tumiskan
bahan kisaran dan bawang besar.
2. Setelah naik
bau masukkan sedikit air dan biarkan
mendidih.
3. Masukkan semua
sos-sos dan lada hitam yang ditumbuk kasar.
4. Masukkan ketam
dan gaul sehingga masak dan sebati.
5. Pecahkan telur
dan kacau sehingga telur mengeras sebati dengan kuah.
6. Gaul agar
semua bahagian ketam diselaputi kuah.
7. Hidang dengan
hiasan daun bawang.
