BEBOLA DAGING BUATAN SENDIRI / HOMEMADE MEATBALLS


Meatballs

Ingredients

500 gm minced meat
1 onion cubed
1 garlic minced
1 teaspoon mixed spices
1 egg
Salt
Bread crump (toasted bread and blend)
Coriander leaves
Salt
Sugar
Cooking oil

Methods

1.    Mix minced meat with cubed onion and minced garlic.
2.    Add mix spices, salt and sugar, mix it well and add egg, continue mixing it.
3.    Add bread crump a little by little and mix it until become thick.
4.    Shape the mixture into a ball with approx 1 inch diameter.
5.    Fry in a pan until cook.  Eat it with spaghetti bolognese.

Bebola Daging

Bahan-bahan

500 gm daging kisar
1 bawang besar dipotong kiub kecil
1 bawang putih dipotong kecil
1 sudu teh rempah campuran
1 biji telur
Garam
Serbuk roti (Panggang roti dan dikisar)
Daun ketumbar
Garam
Gula
Minyak masak

Langkah-langkah

1.    Gaulkan daging kisar bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih.
2.    Tambah rempah campuran, garam dan gula, gaul serta masukkan telur, gaul sehingga rata.
3.    Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit serbuk roti dan gaul sehingga kental.
4.    Bentukan campuran menjadi bebola berdiameter 1 inci.
5.    Gorengkan dalam kuali sehingga masak.  Sesuai dimakan bersama spaghetti bolognese.
