Orange Blended Cake

Ingredients
1 Sunkist
orange
1 cup cooking
oil (corn oil also can be use)
2 cup fine
sugar
3 eggs
Orange zest
1 teaspoon orange paste
1 teaspoon orange paste
2 cup flour*
1 tablespoon
baking powder* (sieve together)
Chocolate
Chips for topping
Methods
1.
Wash the orange,
cut and put away the seed and cut out white skin. Cut it small with it skin. (White parts under
the orange skin also peel it off). Put
into the blender with cooking oil, sugar, orange paste and eggs. Blend it finely.
2.
Pour the
mixture with orange zest into the mixing bowl and add the mixture of flour and baking powder little
by little.
3.
Pour the final
mixture into the greased and padded baking pan.
4. Bake it for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until cook at
170 degree Celsius.
Kek Kisaran Oren

Bahan-bahan
1 biji buah oren Sunkist
1 cawan minyak masak (minyak jagung boleh
juga digunakan)
2 cawan gula halus
3 biji telur
Kikisan kulit oren
1 sudu teh pes oren
1 sudu teh pes oren
2 cawan tepung gandum*
1 sudu besar baking
powder* ( *diayak bersama )
Cip Cokelat ditabur
sebagai hiasan
Langkah-langkah
1.
Cuci buah limau,potong dan buang biji dan urat putih di tengah-tengah. Potong lagi buah limau kecil2 bersama
kulitnya sekali (untuk menghilang rasa pedar bahagian putih dibawah kulit perlu
dibuang). Masukkan kedalam blender
bersama,minyak,gula, pes oren dan telur dan kisar hingga halus.
2.
Tuang bahan yang dikisar serta kikisan kulit oren ke dalam mangkuk dan masukkan campuran tepung
sedikit-sedikit sambil dikacau sebati.
3.
Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang yang beralas dan gris.
4.
Bakar pada suhu 170 darjah Celsius selama 40 min hingga 1 jam atau
hingga masak.
