BUBUR PULUT HITAM DURIAN / BLACK GLUTINOUS RICE DURIAN PORRIDGE







Black Glutinous Rice Durian Porridge

Ingredients

250 grams of black glutinous rice
Coconut milk from one coconut (1/8 thick portion set aside for decoration)
10 seeds of durian
1 piece of Melaka sugar
3 teaspoon salt
Pandan leaves

Methods

1.    Soaked black glutinous rice for 1 hour. Boiled it with pandan leaves.
2.    After fluffy and soft, add sugar.
3.    Add 7/8 part of coconut milk and reduce heat. Stir until boiling.
4.    After boiling, add in all the durian and stir. Let it boil, add salt to taste.
5.    Serve in a container and add a thick coconut milk and make patterns.

Bubur Pulut Hitam Durian

Bahan-bahan

250 gram beras pulut hitam
Santan dari 1 biji kelapa (1/8 bahagian pekat diasingkan untuk hiasan)
10 ulas durian
1 ketul gula Melaka
3 sudu the garam
Daun pandan

Langkah-langkah

1.    Beras pulut hitam direndam selama 1 jam.  Rebus beras pulut hitam dan daun pandan.
2.    Setelah kembang dan lembut masukkan gula Melaka.
3.    Masukkan 7/8 bahagian santan dan kecilkan api. Kacau sehingga mendidih.
4.    Setelah mendidih masukkan kesemua ulas durian dan kacau.  Biarkan sehingga mendidih,  masukkan garam secukup rasa.
5.    Hidangkan dalam bekas dan masukkan sedikit santan pekat dan buatkan corak.
