8 slices of canned peaches (cut into cubes)

For topping
8 slices peaches
1 cup castor sugar
75gm of whip cream
2 tbsp cornflour add with ¼ cup of water
1 cup castor sugar

Methods
For cake
- Preheat oven temp. 180 deg. celsius.
- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add egg one at a time & put in essence vanilla
- Add milk alternately with flour
- Add walnut
- Grease baking tin & bake for 40 minutes.
For topping
- Boil whip cream in saucepan under slow fire
- Add in sugar, cornflour and peaches. Stir until thickened.
