SAMBAL TUMIS TELOR / BOILED EGGS IN STIR-FRY SAUCE



Sambal Tumis Telor

Bahan-bahan

5 biji telor ayam direbus
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
1 ulas bawang besar - dikisar
10 cm halia - dikisar
10 tangkai cili kering - dikisar
Garam
Gula
Asam keping
Minyak masak
Air

Langkah-langkah
                                
1.       Telor rebus digoreng sekejap agar telor putih menjadi kekuningan. Asingkan telor. Telor dibelah dua.
2.       Gunakan minyak mengoreng telor rebus untuk menumis bahan yang dikisar.  Tumis sehingga naik bau wangi.
3.       Masukkan garam, gula dan asam keping.  Jika terlalu pekat tambahkan sedikit air.
4.       Masukkan telor yang telah digoreng ke dalam kuah sambal tumis.
5.       Siap untuk dihidang.


Boiled Eggs in Stir-fry sauce

Ingredients

5 boiled eggs
2 cloves garlic - blended
1 large shallot - blended
10 cm ginger blended
10 dried chilies -  blended
Salt
Sugar
Tamarind
Cooking oil
water

Methods
                                
1. Fried boiled egg until  golden brown. Separate the eggs. Cut into two section.
2. Use cooking oil to sauté blended ingredients. Sauté  until fragrant.
3. Add salt, sugar and tamarind. If too thick add water.
4. Put fried eggs in sauce.  Stir for a while.
5. Ready to serve.
