Bahan-bahan
2 cawan gula (1 cawan)
1 sudu besar ovallete
2 cawan tepung
1 cawan yogurt segar (1 cawan yogurt buah-buahan campuran + 1 cawan susu cair)
1 biji telor
½ sudu besar serbuk penaik double action
1 sudu besar paste coklat (1 sudu besar esen strawberry dan epal hijau)
(1 sudu besar esen vanilla)
Cawan kertas kek.
- Ukuran dan bahan dalam kurungan adalah tambahan atau ubahsuai dari resipi asal.

1 tsp ovallete
2 cups flour
1 cup fresh yogurt (1 cup mixed fruit yogurt + 1 cup evaporated milk)
2 eggs
½ tsp double action baking powder
1 tsp chocolate paste (1 tsp strawberry and green apple essence)
(1 tsp essence vanilla)

Methods

Langkah-langkah
- Pukul semua bahan sehingga campuran menjadi pucat, pekat dan alat pemukul
- meninggalkan kesan laluan bila melalui campuran.
- Asingkan sedikit bahan campuran untuk diwarnakan coklat dan strawberry pada bahagian
- atas apam setelah dimasukkan kedalam cawan.
- Masukkan campuran berwarna putih ke dalam cawan, masukkan campuran coklat,
- strawberry dan epal hijau pada bahagian atas campuran pada semua cawan.
- Kukus selama 15 – 20 minit.

Methods
- Beat all ingredients together until batter becomes pale, thick and the whisk leaves a
- vivid trail when stirring through the batter.
- Spare some batter for the chocolate, strawberry and green apple topping (about 6 tsp
- each).
- Drop the white batter into cups, and then drop a tsp of chocolate, strawberry and
- green apple essence batter in top of every cup.
- Steam it for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Mmmm So colourful! i am sure is going to taste good.
