TOFU JEPUN SOS TIRAM / JAPANESE TOFU IN OYSTER SAUCE



Japanese Tofu Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

1 packet Japanese tofu (approx 250 gm) - cut 4
½ red pepper - sliced
½ yellow pepper - sliced
½ green pepper - sliced
1 small carrot sticks cut round
1 red onion blended
2 cloves garlic blended
5 mm ginger blended
50 gm of anchovies blended
5 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
Salt
Sugar
2 tablespoon olive oil

Method
  1. Heat pan and add olive oil.
  2. Once hot put blended ingredients. Stir until it smells good.
  3. Put all kinds of peppers. Stir until slightly wilted.
  4. Add in oyster sauce, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour water to ideal thickness. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Put cut tofu and let it boil.
  7. Put in containers and ready to be served with rice.
Tofu Jepun Sos Tiram

Bahan-bahan

1 bungkus tofu Jepun (approx 250 gm) – dipotong 4
½ lada benggala merah – dibelah
½ lada benggala kuning – dibelah
½ lada benggala hijau – dibelah
1 batang lobak merah saiz kecil dipotong bulat
1 biji bawang merah dikisar
2 biji bawang putih dikisar
5 mm halia dikisar
50 gm ikan bilis dikisar
5 sudu kecil sos tiram
1/4 cawan air
Garam
Gula
2 sudu besar minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak zaiton.
  2. Bila minyak dah panas masukkan bahan-bahan yang dikisar. Kacau dan biarkan sehingga berbau wangi.
  3. Masukkan kesemua jenis lada benggala. Kacau sehingga sedikit layu.
  4. Selepas itu masukkan sos tiram, kacau sehingga sebati.
  5. Masukkan sedikit air agar tidak telalu pekat. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  6. Masukkan tofu yang dipotong dan biarkan sehingga campuran mendidih.
  7. Masukkan ke dalam bekas dan sedia untuk dihidang bersama nasi.
